Welcome to the web site of the Arkansas Board of Health Education, which was established in 1997 by the Health Educator Practice Act (Act 1237).  

 

The mission of the Arkansas Board of Health Education is to protect the health, safety and welfare of the public by providing for the certification and regulation of persons engaged in the practice of health education in the State of Arkansas.
